But, I have an issue. When I printout the templates ready to wrap around the tube, the templates are too large. They would comfortably wrap around a tube 5 3/8" in circumference. A 1.5" diameter tube would only have a circumference of 4.7".

What am I doing wrong? Do I need to scale the images? If so can anyone recommend an application to do this?

A couple tips on using the Arcade.

Submitting your score:
Remember to submit your score when you're done playing a game or it wont count.

Turning off/on the Arcade PMs:
Go to the main Arcade off the main menu.
Go to the bottom of the page and click on Comments.
Go to the bottom of the page and click on Manage your comments.
