Imperial Binders
Tutorial by : TK1215

Start by getting some black PVC sewer pipe (the size desired).
Cut two pieces off of one end (the same size) then cut them in half. Get
some small box hinges with small screws and apply them so your binders
open on one end. Take a large sized rivet and attach the two, close the
the opening ends (so the binder opens opposite each other). I used wood
molding for the blocks on the outside, with small screws holding them
on. Be sure to screw them from the inside of the binder to the block, so
you don't see the screw head. Be sure to put some epoxy between the
block and the binder just before screwing them together. Get some magnet cupboard clips (that hold your cupboard closed) and glue these on the binders where they close, be sure to clue them so they line up! (you may have to cut the cupboard closures to fit). Be sure to sand everything
really good and them primer your binders, sand again after you get them
primed. Paint and and clear coat, let dry over night. Add some soft
door/window molding on the inside of the binder so the wrist is comfy.
