Custom E-11 Display Stand Tutorial by : TK1215
You'll need 2 pieces of scrap 1-1/4 PVC pipe, one cut to 4' and the other to 4-3/4. Use the shorter of the two as a guide to make the rounded slots in the PVC so the butt of the blaster sits flush. Cut slots in the smaller piece so the blasters folding stock fits easily (not snug). Sand, Prime, Sand, White paint, Let dry, High gloss Clear coat. One piece of wood 13' long 3-1/2' wide with the corners cut or sanded to an oval shape. Cut two holes 10-1/2' apart for the two PVC pieces. Cut 1' notches from the hole the the edge on both ends. Sand the whole thing smooth and prime.
Place the wood (topside up) on a flat table and place your two PVC
pieces into the holes so the PVC is touching the table. Use Epoxy to permanently secure the two. Let it dry. Tape off the two PVC pieces
just above the Epoxy, Paint the base with black Rubber tool grip spay paint. Let dry then place some weather striping around the edge of the base.

You can add extras to the base if wanted. I added a plaque and a black and white picture of a Stormtrooper with blaster in hand, I also added a piece of Plexiglas to cover the trooper pic.

This is the end result of my E-11 Display stand. I added three red directional LED's, one from the short PVC pipe pointing downward to the trooper pic, one from the wood base pointing up toward the barrel, one from the wood base pointing up toward the butt of the blaster. I also inserted 2 red and 2 green LED's in the PVC pipes, one in each. It's all wired to a switch on the base. It runs off one 9 volt battery, which is in the large PVC pipe. These pictures are OK but it looks a lot better in person.
